This dish wash exactly what I needed for my son who is dairy free. Such a beautiful dish. Very easy to make and very flavorful to say the least . It came out perfect! My husband and other son who are not dairy free also said they loved the flavors in this dish and it was excellent! Thank you !

Substituted gluten free flour for the nutritional yeast. This was so good I had wished I made more!!!! Instead of pasta I made Cauliflower rice.
