It was pretty good however had to tweak. Doing Whole30 so I added 1 egg, some coconut water (more sweetness) and vanilla

For 3 ingredients, this was pretty tasty and definitely satisfys a rich chocolate lovers sweet tooth. I would probably add a solace of vanilla extract next time to take the slight bitterness down a notch, but overall very good. I sprinkled mini chocolate chips on top of mine before baking too

Easy to make once they cool they do taste like real brownies

So I didn't like the way it turned out so I tweaked it a bit. I think this recipe is a much healthier alternative to regular brownies. I used organic unsalted peanut butter & half the cocoa powder. I also put half cup confectioners sugar since I'm transitioning to a sugar free diet. At 38 I know quitting anything cold turkey is impossible for me, so right now I'm greatly reducing my intake. It turned out great. I'm hoping eventually my taste buds will change to appreciate this recipe to a tee.

If you read the whole recipe, there’s a bit that says “No, these aren’t super sweet.” If you’re expecting a magic, healthy Pillsbury replacement you won’t get one. With that said, these are excellent! It’s kind of like a dark chocolate banana bread with a hint of peanut butter. I will be making more in the future!

These were not sweet at all, and the consistency was chalky. I guess brownies weren’t meant to be healthy!

I changed the almond butter for natural peanut butter and added a tsp. of vanilla. I don't think it would of turned out as good without the vanilla.
Anything I make ,that has to do with baking ,if it has no flavorings in it I add it anyway.

We did it like these at all! But it was good to try- I will look for alternative recipes.

Is amazing would do again

I used organic peanut butter instead of almond butter and preferred the taste to it

My girlfriend really liked these but I wasn’t as much of a fan. I just didn’t think they had the greatest flavor for what I was expecting, although a bit better after leaving in the fridge overnight. Still probably won’t make them again...

These do not taste good, and I added a lot of stevia too. They also crumbled a lot

texture is great and it helped so much with sweets cravings!

Soft, chewy and delicious just one more thing use cocoa powder because I use chocolate milk and they don't taste chocolatey.

Easy to make and taste great. I’ve had a few people try them and they liked it.

Delicious and super easy

Added less cacao abd baked a bit longer. Turned out to be not too bitter and not too fudggy. Will definitely make it again.

I think these might be ok if I were on Whole 30 (I’ve done Whole 30 before and it is remarkable how our taste buds adjust to less sweet). These are a bit too bitter for me, even topped with chocolate chips as I did. I might try again with Baker’s semisweet chocolate rather than cocoa powder.

Turned out so so different than pictured, barely edible

I added an avocado and a little but of honey. They’re great!

Definitely not a sweet brownie but if you’re looking for an interesting recipe, this could be it. The brownies have a great banana aroma but are fairly non sweet, bordering on a cocoa bitter flavor. These are a great after-dinner treat if you don’t like overly sweet desserts! And the consistency is perfect.

Whole30 diet is wonderful but really missed desserts and this brownie recipe was so easy and satisfied my "sweet" tooth.

This is a very tasty recipe for anyone really serious about reducing their carb. intake. I used to think I was serious about cutting out carbs, but unrealistically kept searching for things that tasted just like what I used to eat. Anyone who has cut out most sugar would appreciate the flavor of these brownies. I used to wake up with a hangover feeling if I had regular brownies, cake, ice cream, etc. These are delicious AND good for you: a win-win.

Daaaaaaaaamn these are hot stuff! They are incredibly moist. It's not too sweet (which I like), and it has a lovely chocolatey after-taste. I'm very glad I only made a quarter batch that I put in patty pans - I could have eaten it all.

Too bitter
Wouldn’t make again
