    It definitely took longer than 20 mins lol not a problem for me though wasnt in a hurry. My penne pasta turned out amazing ! Although for the vegetables I only used fresh tomato, zucchini, mush room, baby spinach, garlic, broccoli, half a lemon, cilantro & a little bit of the brasil green pesto, and used parmasean cheese instead. Olive oil as well with garlic power, onion powder, pepper & salt seasoning. I did not measure anything, I did everything my own way. I love it. First time !!!

    This was so easy and delicious. My grocery store isn’t well stocked so I used broccoli and sun dried tomatoes. My daughter really liked it. I’ll definitely make this again.

    This was quite tasty. I used reduced fat pesto and fat free feta. I also used canned roasted tomatoes with garlic. I didn’t have basil, but it didn’t need it.

    I used this as my meal prep lunch for the week. I had some cherry tomatoes i needed to use, sliced in 1/2 & tossed in last minute. Turned out great!

    It’s a keeper! New staple for us. Easy and fast and oh so good. The lemon pesto combo is perfect. Added mushrooms for extra fun, turned out great!

    This recipe is so good. I took advice from past reviews and only use half of the lemon juice and it worked out well. Very refreshing. This will become a standard part of my vegetarian options

    It was an awesome start to the recipe. I added thyme, spinach, mushrooms and a lot more seasonings. I will definitely be trying this again.
