The cake was dry and came out hard. I cooked it according to the recommended time and followed this recipe. I honestly would love to say this worked but it didn't. At my daughter's first party she stared at her cake and couldn't even grab the cake. I was really sad that the pictures tell that story. The cake is cute and the recipe needs updated with better baking instructions. I make cakes a lot but this one did not take the cake. :(
