So easy and huge hit with the whole fam! I think next time I need to make a packet of ramen per person. Not enough for seconds! I eyeballed the ginger as I bought fresh squeezed paste and never used the white miso paste as the directions don’t call for it. Some differences between the app ingredients and the website that it’s pulled from. Will be making again with different variety of veggies. So great for a busy school night throw together dinner.

Made it twice:
First time without the ginger and soy sauce, but added seasoning packet. Delicious!
Second time with ginger and soy sauce maybe overpowered the garlic butter flavors which sux. Will experiment with how much ginger/soy sauce works for my pallate. Or just exclude those...
