This was very good. I did not presoak the beans so I precooked them in the instant pot. Then I sauted the veggies in butter. I also added 2 small potatoes. (My midwife taught me if you have no ham hock use a stick of butter and a couple potatoes. Its worked great so far :) )The taste was similar to vegetable soup or beef stew. Very good :)

It turned out pretty goood. I used a ham hock for my ham bone. My husband liked it and he is not a soup eater.
